Im trying to find a way to setup push notification on to my mobile with my hikvision system without connecting it to the internet.
one method i thought of but not sure if it will work is to setup Motioneyeos on a raspberry pie and have my ipcamera connected to it. the following guide teaches you how to send push notification from motioneyeos to your phone.

i haven't done any more research on this but so far it looks like the only way.
any input from some one with more knowledge?
