Hikvision with Dahua NVR...ptz not working

Hi

I’m trying to configure a dome hikvision with ptz on a dahua nvr and I can’t for the life of me get the ptz functionality to work. I configured the camera as a onvif camera and can see the live stream but no matter what I do I can’t get ptz to work.
Any suggestions??

never mind, I figured it out. The ONVIF user needed to be an administrator and not media access user.
