I'm having great difficulty is getting hiP2P ( V 6.9.4.0) to record a 5 min video to hard drive after a 'motion detect' alarm ( Win 10 desktop PC). I either get a continuous endless number of 8 second clips irrespective of anything happening OR I get just a short clip of a 8 seconds on motion alarm.I have two genbolt cameras connected..... On my laptop running hiP2P ( V6.0.3.1) and an old Owsoo 801 I get a solid 5 minute recording on motion detect. Has anyone seen this and figured out what is wrong/needs changing in the camera settings ? I've tried till I'm sick of trying...
