Hisilicon 3518e IPCam. How enable telnet?

Hello! I have got a camera Hisilicon 3518e. I need get access to the settings of this device. I tried connect through telnet, but understood that it is disabled, may be I have possibility do it enable?

Who know, what are have other ways to the change parameters in this camera?

May be I must connect through UART? If so, where is RX and TX pin in this scheme?

That looks like a newer version of the board. Previously, there was a four-hole connection for the console UART signals. Now it appears there is a seven-hole connection. I'd ask the seller of the camera for documentation on that seven-hole connector.
