Hello All,
I have dome camera Honeywell H3W2GR1 stopped working suddenly.
I tried to test it through camera tester, the power up is not raised to 3 watt to boot up.
I sent it to the supplier, he repaired it by reload the firmware, but I tried this several time without success because the camera was not recognized by any system.
Now, I have another camera with same issue.
My question, how to reload the firmware to the camera in this case?
The supplier refuse to tell me the procedure.
