In all honesty you may be screwed. Hopefully you can exchange it for one with the English language installed. I know with cameras trying to convert one from Chinese to English generally locks up the camera.

The nvr is ds-8632n-e8. What if I disconnect all the cameras before trying to change to English?? And we want to add more cameras to it

I have no idea. I would try and contact your seller and see what they have to say.

I would reccomend you to use IVMS4200. There you can add your NVR and then change language of your NVR.
