How do I clear a user lockout after too many login attempts? I thought changing the password would do it, but it doesn't.

Shirley there's a way to reset user lockout without waiting an hour?

Foolproof way is to restart the Blue Iris service. According to the help file, the Blue Iris status window, Connections tab will show temporarily banned addresses in red. You may be able to clear/delete them from there but I'm not sure.
