How do I set a home view for the SD5A425XA-HNR?

I'm trying to set a home view for the SD5A425XA-HNR. I thought I knew how to do it, but it is not working properly, but most likely user error. I just want it to return to a certain view after it has followed a vehicle or whatever it has followed. Thanks so much for your help.

After the camera has been tracking something and it looses it should return to that preset. Does the camera do that?

To set a home preset go into settings -> PTZ -> Function -> Idle Motion.
Set the desired "default" preset in settings -> PTZ -> Function -> power up, as well.

Got it. Thanks. I had just forgotten to hit save is what I think happened.
