How Loud is an NVR (Noise Level)

Hello, I am looking for a NVR that I can put beside the TV cable box and DVD player, but I am concerned about the noise level in my living room. I like the LTS Platinum Enterprise 4K LTN8916 NVR but I’m afraid it may be too loud. Any suggestions? I would not be opposed to swapping out the fans for something quieter if they are available. Thank you.

My wife thinks our NVR is too loud. It's in the living room next to a Tivo. By comparison, I'd say the NVR puts out approx the same sound level as a (not cheap) desktop computer. The Tivo is quieter. My NVR is a Hikvision 7716. The options I've seen for swapping out the fan on my NVR all involve some kind of jury-rig, not a drop in replacement.
