How to access camera remotely outside of home network for IPC-T5442T-ZE?

The camera records to SD card and I used the DMSS app to access the camera.
I was away this week and found out that I couldn't view the camera outside of my home network.

I found out there's a p2p feature. I enabled it and I still couldn't access remotely.

Do you have P2P enabled in the cam and is it showing as 'Online'? If not, check if the default gateway is correct with your router.
