The Foscam VZ4 camera is not listed in the Pull Down menu, I have tried the BI "Find/Inspect" and even a generic "Generic/ONIF" camera with not luck. Does anyone know to configure BI for the VZ4?

Try the pull-downs for "Make" = "Foscam" and "Model" = "C1/C2/R2/R4/FI98xx/99xx RTSP".
Also, be advised your default HTTP port is 88, not your standard 80 so if you try to log into the cams' embedded webGUI, you use:
