How to enable user and guest account?

Hi, I wanted to create a guest account for my neighbor to monitor my house while I'm away but all I'm seeing is an admin account on the user management page, does anyone know how to enable the user and guest account?

My camera used to have the user and guest account options but for whatever reason it's gone now.

Well you can't, unless you can find the correct area in setup to add another user. It appears you should have an Advanced tab along the top of the page to get to that area of setup. Otherwise, an email to support for your camera is probably needed for a possible firmware update.
