how to find ip camera address

Hi everyone, I reset one of my wired cameras from the camera's IP address and now I can't see it at all on my network, even with the configtools application and my NVR I can't see it either, in the past I did it but I don't remember at all how I did it, does anyone have an idea, thank you very much
 
Is the Dahua NVR a POE NVR and the camera is plugged into one of its POE ports or is the camera connected to a POE switch?
