How to Fix Dahua IP Camera Pink/Blue Image Issue

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of a problem . I hope you can help with.

I have a Dahua IP camera: IPC-HFW2441S-S. The camera does not display colors correctly. In the live view , the camera's image displayed Blue, then changed to pink the next day. The green lawn looks like it is covered with snow. There is no green color at all. How can i solve the problem?

I would really appreciate it if someone can maybe nudge me in the right direction.

It's a stuck IR filter.

Cycle the camera power a few times or bang it with a hammer or screwdriver to knock it loose.

If physical accessibility is annoying... the following might save you a trip up the ladder. From the web interface try setting it to "day" then "night" hitting "apply" after each choice. Be sure to note what the original setting was (auto?) and restore that value.
