How to get multiple locations on one IVMS4200 program. Or best options?

I have 5 Hikvision NVRs setup at different locations. I was looking for a way to monitor all of them remotely. Is it possible to get all of them on IVMS4200? Currently I have all on my phone by scanning the barcodes but I cant figure out how to do it on IVMS. Any suggestions?
