How to make Mac isight camera into BI ip cam

I have streamed live video using MJPEG from an iPhone4's camera to Blue Iris as follows:
Make LAN IP address of Mac static; either reserve that IP in router or assign an IP outside of router's DHCP pool.
Go to Apple app store, download and install ipCam by SKJM on your Mac.
Setup username and password in the app.
Close the ipCam app.
In BI, create new cam, configure as follows, using the username and password you created in the app:
With BI running, open the ipCam app.
That's it!
Set the cam in BI to have BI record, alert, etc. as any other cam.
EDIT: My apologies if iOS apps for iPhone or iPad won't install/run on a Mac; the last Mac I had was a SE circa 1988 for about 2 years.
