How to playback BlueIris Alert video?

Normally I am able to play most video alerts just fine in BlueIris, but every once in a while (usually when something interesting happens), I cannot figure out how to playback the video.

I have this (AI confirmed) alert that has a 49m54s video, that I just can't playback either via the web or in the BlueIris interface:

When I double-click (which works on the other alerts below), I get a playback, but on this one, it's just a frame.
I can download the video (32MB) from the Web Interface, but it's in bvr format. How do I play that back?
If I convert/export locally and I choose MP4, it doesn't do anything, nothing actually gets exporter.

So I know the video is there; there is 32MB file in the BlueIris\New folder, but I can't figure out how to play it back.

Any ideas?

Because that is a still jpg image as shown in the info. It is not a video.

Why does the image say 49m54s? I there something in the config that caused it to create an image instead of making a video?

When I open the 32MB bvr file, I get the same behavior: nothing happens, it's like I'm looking at a still picture
