hi Folks ,i just started a new Job and the guy im rep[lacing , didn't leave in good terms actually so now i need to clean up raher a nice big mess . For one i have a

Model : NVR4816-16P
P/N : 1.0.01.23.10054
S/N : PZA4MM350WJB39S
and i don't have the password
and the ex employe won't give it
i tried removing the batterie ,took a chance it would like on computers ,reset back to manufature Default but with no Luck !
im open to any suggestions
