How to reset status/alerts with Android app

I used to be able to reset the status and alerts through the app, several months ago this stopped working. On the camera page press the three dots in the upper right and select "reset status" or "reset alerts". This would reset the counters for all camera so I could track those alerts. Not a big deal but now I have to go through the PC and reset those items. Most of what I do is through the app.

Interestingly a few months ago I ran into the same issue and the app has slowly & completely destabilized. I can no longer clear alerts (or even view alerts). The app hangs when I try to switch between 'camera' and 'alert' screens. I've tried clearing data, uninstalling the app, etc to no avail. Trying to work through the issues with Ken & his developer but haven't made much progress yet. Hopefully your app doesn't begin to behave the same way
