How to set video setting not resetting when turn off

Hello, is there any setting that I can do to set my IP Cameras not resetting when I configure video from H.265 to H.264.
Because when set to H.264 after a week we have power interruption, or I restart my NVR the settings changes always to H.265 is there any setting that if power interruption or power failure it will back to the way I set the video resolution?

Unfortunately it is just a quirk in the firmware. I have two cameras that will change their bitrate on a power outage and two that will change encoding.

If you have a Dahua NVR? Under the cameras list page of NVR there is a "H265 Auto Switch" toggle control. Turn off, may help?
