How to wire 2 cameras on 1 cat6 without any extra devices?

I have a system using exclusively empiretech cameras.

I want to connect two cameras through one cat6 cable.

If each camera, (basic Poe cameras, not PTZ or Poe+) only uses two wire pairs, then I should be able to wire one cat6 cable with two RJ45 on each end (two pairs for each RJ45). That would mean I used two inputs on my Poe switch, which is fine.

I don't want to buy any other device to perform this task for me. If each camera only uses two pair, then it doesn't appear to be necessary.

Which wires do what on empiretech cameras? How do I wire these RJ45 so that both cameras will work off a single cat6?

I have made a few of those. Simply wire a connector to 1,2,3 and 6th pins. I used basic colors for T568. Then use the other 2 pairs of wire for another connector using the same 1,2,3 and 6th pins. Do the same on the other end of the cable.
Here is a YouTube vid.

I've done this many times with homebuilt and purchased devices similar to what's linked in the above post. The cameras use the green and orange pairs. When you build your own cable or adapter, just use the blue and brown pairs in the green and orange connector positions, on both ends, for the 2nd camera. The info about ethernet and POE connections on wikipedia is pretty good it you want to research it yourself.

probably will work better than the EZ PZ adapters which seem to fail after awhile
