Getting the hang of it

Okay, so I went playing around starting Friday night, trying to 'optimize' the HLS stream from BI w/UI2, and I changed a bunch of settings, and now cannot get BI to stream smoothly any more. Does anyone have this particular setup and have both regular stream AND the HLS stream running smoothly, and if so, what are your settings? And perhaps does anyone recall what the default BI settings were? They seemed to work well before I went all tweakish on it. :mad-new::mad-new::mad-new:
Currently:
Web server encoder options:
50%
Limit bitrate 512 checked (unchecked hasn't made a difference, and I think I had this prior to Friday)
Frame type 300
Preset Veryfast (no idea where this was)
Zero frame latency check (cant recall if this was checked)
On cam settings-webcast/mobile streaming, both are set to 100%, as I think that is where they were before.
Cam itself set to 15fps, and BI mobile reports 15fps as usual, but it's no longer smooth either. Yes, I have stopped BI and rebooted many times.
