Hello,
I have installed new IP camera HWI-T241H and want to record on NAS, but when I logged in I cannot see in Storage menu another subtab where I can set the NAS parametres.
Could you please tell me, if this is normal and I can't anymore record on NAS.
Please see both of the attached pictures one of my camera where this subtab is missing and another one where this subtab is available.
Another issue I have is that IP camera is not showing in Online Device tab in iVMS-4200 Client.I can add it manual, but do you know the reason that I cannot see it as online device?I tried also with latest iVMS-4200 client, but also is not showing.
