I’m keeping to be logged out of my dmss account

Hello
I’m having this problem for like 2 to 3 weeks now
The is always logging out by its own without me touching it
and this is only happening on my main phone which Huawei but not happening on my secondary on which is iPhone
Can anyone just tell me what’s the problem or give me any help

Second this issue. Today I have been logged out every time I open the app,

Is this an isolated incident or something many people are seeing happen at the moment?

I am having this problem since 2-3 months now. I have Dahua VTO2202F-P-S2 and I am using DMSS. When I do not use the app for 2-3 days I do not get notifications when someone is calling. Then when I get into app I need to log in again. The problem is with every device I use: my Iphone, Ipad and Amazon Fire HD.

Is there any solution? Does anyone have this problem or is it only me?
