I currently have WDR "On" and set to 10. Should I go higher? What negative effect will it have if I go to high with WDR? Thanks!

Higher will introduce more noise. Give it a go, but I would say 20 is the highest you will want to go. (10 was my starting recommendation!).
Having seen your photo, ideally increase light in background, less ideal decrease light in foreground.

@Del Boy... my cameras are LTS from @milkisbad. I try and capture some screen shots tomorrow with different WDR settings. Thanks
UPDATE: I tried using some setting higher than 15 and the image started getting a little noisy. So I'm going to leave things at 15 for now even though on bright, sunny days there is a strong shadow with not much detail in one of my locations. The first capture shows WDR "On" and set at 15. The second capture shows WDR set to "Off".
