ICamView Trying To Configure. No Luck

I have a couple ICAMVIEW cameras I want to add to my BI system.. ICAMVIEW is available in the drop down box, but when I select it I get NO SIGNAL, both with CM-03 and OTHER..

IP info is all correct. Do I need to change port info from the default???

Any assistance would be appreciated...
