iDS-2CD7546G0-IZHS, EPTZ - AUTO-TRACKING ISSUE, AUDIBLE WARNING ISSUE ( NO FUNCTION )

Hello,

First Problem:
i´ve received the cam iDS-2CD7546G0-IZHS 2,8-12mm. I have updated the cam to Version ( Firmware__V5.8.10_230116_S3000480086 ). If i try to Setup EPTZ ( Auto Tracking ) i mark the detection area and choose ( check ) Human, when i want to save the Settings i get a message: "The device breaks down. Please contact our technical support for troubleshooting." ( pic below ). What i am doing wrong or is there an issue ( Software error ) ?

Second Problem:
If i enable audible warning and push the Test ( for example Siren ) there is no Sound. I read the Datasheet and there is an audible warning....but in the interface are "only built in 2 Microphones and "no" Speaker. There´s a line in and line out audio connections. Maybe the audible warning is only availible with an extern speaker ???

Apart from these 2 ( maybe one Problem ) Problems the cam works fine.

Try a different browser. Some cams are sensitive to the browser used.

If it doesn't have a speaker, then of course you need to add one to get any sound.
