Hi All,

What do you set your image format size to? Should this match my cameras resolution in their GUI? I unchecked forced anamorphic, and then the camera resets with the 848 X 480 image format, which isnt the resolution. I have 4MP dahua cameras by the way and run substreams.

Thanks,

I don't touch it and let BI decide.

What is the resolution of the substreams?

I have my Dahua 4MB cam set as below, force size in BI is UNchecked.

Is it like showing really weird or something?

Most of us don't touch that part of BI and just let it decide the best size for the number of cameras we have.

BI has so many options and features. Many of are there for certain unique situations that shouldn't be messed with LOL.

Yea haha....i just got bored. I also updated both CodeProject AI and Blue Iris to the latest versions like a madman. Everything still works suprisingly.....although Blue Iris running as a service is using higher CPU than before. Running as a service it's now at around 10-15% CPU, whereas previously it was around 5% CPU. Not sure why this would happen in an updated version - its kind of annoying.

I also switched all on my cameras in Blue Iris to receive ONVIF commands from the cameras IVS tripwire rules.....I was having alot of issues with false triggers previously while using the blue iris motion detection, so now I have the cameras AI do the work with tripwires and then I have CodeProject AI confirm those ONVIF alerts and identify the object. Im still testing out if this works well.

I'm hoping Blue Iris version 6 comes out soon. Have you heard anything about release date?
