Images look different between hik web interface and BI, and other things...

For some reason the image looks way better in BI, BUT, I notice every now and then, seemingly on an interval, the image goes all pixleated and cleans up in the BI interface, or if I switch between the single view of one camera to another it does it. Is this normal?

Can't speak to pixilation, have not seen that but yes, many times the image looks better in the NVR software than on the web interface. For me, it's very noticeable in ACTi cameras.
