Imou camera alarm problem

Hello!I use imou wifi camera,the problem when people come i didn't take alarm message for phone,how can solve problem?

I understand your using p2p cloud connection. Double check the “Alarm Settings”. Both “Notifications” and “Detection” should be enable. Also confirm the “Detection ON” schedule is active, including the “General Activity Zone” (gray out by default)

I check step by step,three point are enabled,but no message for alarm.

Better contact imou tech support (service.global@imoulife.com). Include a copy of the device label (S/N and Safety Code)

Edit: just in case, check your phone notifications are enable for that particular app
