I'm based in the UK and it was really difficult to get one of those Armcrest indoor POE cameras to monitor baby/children, so I came across the Imou IPC-A22EP at around £20 which works pretty well in Blue Iris including PTZ and has a regular network socket, then I purchased some POE to Micro USB adapters from Aliexpress for £2 and voila, I have a POE PTZ indoor camera that works fine in BI for £22.
I ended up buying 7 of these cameras for indoor use, they are all powered by POE now
