For a few days (I think after the last firmware update) my recordings have been locked in the cloud. You will then see a gray image with a lock in the preview. I just have a cloud storega contract for 3 days like my other imou cameras, which just work. I have already restarted the camera, unplugged it once, and checked all settings 10 times. Does anyone have an idea? I don't get any wiser on the imou site. Have already sent Imou an email, but no answer yet.
