"incorrect username or password"

I have been using ivms4500 with my Hik Nvr with no problem using DDNS.

Today i have added an extra camera to ivms 4500. Independent of the Nvr.

However whenever i try to start live view for this camera i get "incorrect username or password" even though i know they are 100% correct.

This camera is a Chinese version camera. Is this the possible reason why i cannot log in?

Model DS-2CD3345-1
Firmware 5.4.2

Using iVMS 4500:

LAN - i can log in
WAN - "connection failed"
Hiddns - "incorrect username password"

DDNS is enabled on the camera.
Port forwarding is correct.

I have never bothered to register the device DDNS before. Do i need to?

Ok this is a port forwarding issue. For some reason my isp will not let me open 8001. 8000 works fine for my Nvr but i was planning on using 8001 for the camera.
