Infrared LED Illuminator Wiring Help

I just joined, so take it easy on me for now if I'm posting in the wrong spot. I've been a lurking non-member for a while, so the time has come!

Anyway, one of my Hikvision Domes blew the IR LED board, so I've decided to try an Infrared LED Illuminator.

Anyone know how to wire this thing without going POE? (Pics Attached) Can I just connect up a standard AC cord? Here's the Power Supply requirement: DC12+-10%/AC24V+-10%.

Any advice would be appreciated. And Thanks!!!

Is there a 12v plug? If so you can use one of these.

Use the 12v to power the illuminator, plug the RJ45 into the IP Camera and it should power it and handle the video traffic all by using the same Cat5/6 wire you already ran. No additional wiring or plugs would be needed.

There's no 12v plug. :-( All that's there is in the picture. I've never seen a connector like it before. I'm tempted to cut the thing off. I purchased it through Home Depot, and can't find a power supply. Since it's a copsecurity product, maybe only the Po-Po knows?

its just a screw terminal, shoves some bare wires in them and screw down.. as long as your giving it 12vDC or 24vAC they should come on.

Red is positive, black is negative..
