Using dual NIC. My gateway is gateway is 192.168.14.1 and cameras are in different subnet 192.168.1.100. Didn't load plugins initially and unable to do so now without them connected to internet. Tried temporarily changing camera ip but it wouldn't let me get to the gateway subnet. Have tried a direct ethernet into the camera with a 12 volt power adapter and using the re-established IP address and don't get in thru IE. Can get into thru server where all other cameras are but not able to connect it to internet. Server has internet but different NIC. Wouldn't think that would matter. Anyhow I can't upload plugin to get zoom function working. Any ideas?

You do not need the internet for the plug-ins - the plug-ins are on the cameras themselves.

The plug-in only work for Internet Explorer - are you sure you are using IE and that Windows didn't switch it to Edge on you?

yes, using IE. Andy says I need to connect to the internet and use P2P. Don't really want to do that. If it is all self contained then I can't find how to zoom in new interface. Found 2 locations and they say I need a plugin. The attached photo shows what comes up when connected thru IE on separate subnet. With the dual NIC I am not sure I could even upload to the camera from internet. Hoping I don't need to connect to internet but lost on where the zoom is.

None of my cameras ever touch the internet and I get the plug-ins fine.

The + sign moves the slider for zooming in. It says zoom speed, but that is for how many zoom steps it takes.

Thanks. That works. I need to learn this new interface. Not crazy about it at the moment

Yeah it takes some getting used to!

Setting up IVS rules are so many more steps now.

Haven't got to that yet. Don't even remember or maybe never knew what IVS means. Spent free time today connecting and hanging in tree after installing supporting structure. It works but needs a little re-alignment and then I will get to further camera config. Or maybe config tomorrow if it rains like predicted

Looked up ivs and I did config some of that a couple years ago. Kept it pretty basic though.
