I've been using a survaillace system with a PoE IP cameras and a NVR - model DS-7716NI-K4/16P.
The NVR is connected to the LAN and uses an IP provided by DHCP server, for which there is a reservation. I can connect to the NVR over the network and see the camera images.
I need to see the camera images on the phone, so I use the Hikvision acces platforme and I followed the installation steps described in the manual, including creating the verification code. Remote.
The Hikconnect service status remains offline.
I've created an account on hikconnect.com, logged in and searched for NVR after the last 9 characters of Serial Number, but my device was not found.
I went to the NVR and connected locally in its menu - System Maintenance - Network - Network Detection and successfully ran tests to the server address dev.hik-connect.com and to its IP address 34.243.57.20.
So my NVR is connected to the Internet.
What else should I do for the Hikconnect service to be online and my NVR to be detected on the site?
