IOS App Not Playing Save Clips

Hi everyone, question about the latest IOS app and the latest BI Server on my home security setup. The app is detecting alerts and showing clips, however, when I select the clip to play it black screens with the text "No recent alerts", then switches back to the live view of the camera. I can play the saved clips no problem on my server at home, and even with the blue iris companion app on my desktop away from home, just can't play the clips on my iPhone SE. Any ideas? Thanks.

What format are you using to record the video on your BI server? For optimal performance within the app you should maintain the BVR and H.264 file format.
