ios DMSS won't play live or recorded vid, although I get motion alerts still

Looking for help with ios DMSS. I get alert alarm’s but can’t view live or recorded video. Was working fine up until a week ago, it all seemed to happen after the 1.99.602 update, I have since upgraded to 1.99.610. and still the same, any ideas?

some cameras shows this behaviour after update. mostly old and or oem ones. have one 1831pir, which only can viewed live after update, no records from sdcard anymore. with old dmss version everything is fine.

easyviewer pro still uses old source of dmss, so you can use this one or downgrade app

dahua dont give a shit about these problems. the guys who make the app are some toddlers playing around, seems that they can do whatever they want. no one cares. lol on playstore the toddlers provide gmail email address for help, but you wont receive any. which company is even using random gmail address for support ??

also dahua uses fake reviews on playstore. every 1 star review is spammed away with tons of 5 star reviews from india. dahua is the worst company if you want app.

Thanks for the reply duplo, the systems only about 8 months old, it was after the DMSS update. The cams haven't been updated for about 2 months

not sure about customer rights in australia, but if you bought the system from official seller/installer just contact them. if they are unable to fix it, try to get your money back.

maybe dahua wakes up one day. that things are buggy/not work is one problem. but updates which made everything unusable/more buggy is not acceptable. on android you can use old app version/downgrade. on ios this is not possible.
