ip cam can not video preview

Hi everyone, am new here
i got hikvision cam, i can open admin panel and see the cam image.
aslo copy vlc media player and i can see camera rtsp:/admin:sifre123@192.168.1.64:554/Streaming/Channels/102/

i want to get using the streaming in html page,
but i cant get any result of theese 3 addresses

1)

(in ie -> first asking pass then giving xml error)
