IP Camera - 2way audio - notWiFi - Looking for suggestions

Hi,
Looking for recommendations for a very good IP (non-wireless) camera with 2 way-audio? Would like excellent 2-way audio, wide field of view and ability to control via PC (not smartphone) including from remote location. Do not care about cloud recordings or wireless - don't need either.

I had noticed those. Any model in particular? When I looked at them it did seem as though the WiFi could not be disabled and that people just got around it by changing the wifi password to something incorrect. Do you know if the WiFi can actually be disabled (or if there is a model without WiFi) and whether the 2-way audio is of full duplex speaking quality or more akin to a walkie-talkie?
 
IP cameras are going to be walkie talkie, if you don't want that you'll need to get an external mic and speaker.

Not sure on the wifi, never used one of the cubes, but find it hard to believe it can't be shut off
