IP Camera best snapshot quality

Hi all,

I'm looking for a cam PoE with the best image quality (I don't need video, etc..)

I have tried Foscam FI9900P 2MP (65% happy )
Now I have taken Hikvision DS-2CD2042WD-I 4MP with lens 6mm (50% happy more chromatic aberration and lens distortion)

Is There a webcam with a quality equal to a photo taken from a iphone?
I do not need a lot of MP but good quality of color and image snapshot for make a timelapse. Budget max 250$

How have u tweaked the settings for the HK thusfar?

I'm away from home I can not control, but I am attaching a snapshot.
It almost seems like a drawing with very little detail and and the colors tend slightly on the green
