IP Camera for odd application recommendation?

Hi, I set up Hikvision cams with BlueIris at my church. The church has an overflow parking lot that we use but don't own. It is not "connected" to the church. We are having problems with people breaking into cars.

I am trying to find a camera that I would only need to use for 4 hours on Sunday mornings. I would like to make mounts on a pole so I can just "hang" the camera before service and take it back down when service is over. The video would be monitored live with BlueIris.

Line of site between church and pole is 286 feet with no obstructions. I would put a WAP with directional antennae on building.
Is there an outdoor camera that:
Works with BlueIris
Outdoor rated
WiFi
Runs on battery

Is 286 too much of a distance to cover?
