Ip Camera not found

Hello everyone,

I have 4 DH-IPC-HDBW2441E-S cameras connected to an NVR4108HS-8P-EI but channel 1 only outputs image of a specific camera (camera 4) while all the others do not show up on the nvr and will have their led blinking green.
All cameras and cables are working fine, it's just that channel 1 only accepts that specific camera.
I have reseted the camera and the nvr but nothing seems to resolve my issue.

Any ideas what could be causing this problem and how to solve it?

Thanks.

I had one act weird like that. If after a hard reset it still does it, go into the camera interface itself and set a fixed IP on it for a different port.

For isntance if it only wants to be 10.1.1.65, move it to to channel 4 and set the IP on the camera to 10.1.1.68. The ports assign the IP, so if yours starts at .65 on channel 1 like many do, channel 4 will likely be .68

Hello again,

I did some mroe tests, i plugged the camera on port 7 and the nvr immediately recognizes the camera and the ip is 10.1.1.71 as expected.
I then assigned the ip to 10.1.1.65 and the nvr did in fact switch the camera to the channel 1 but my ethernet cable is still plugged on 7.

What still bother me is that if i plug the cable on port 1 i always get the error "failed to find network host" even after resetting the camera/nvr or reboting it.

I also plugged my cameras on the other channels to channel 1 and they all work fine, it's just this camera not working on channel 1.

Any ideas?
Thanks.

Factory reset it using the button under the little access hatch, OR leave it alone and live with it on another channel as you have done
