LOTS more info needed before anyone can help, such as:
  • Make/model of NVR
  • Make/model of IP camera and how many
  • Assuming farm and house are no where near each other....what type of Internet do you have such as DSL, cable, fiber, cellular wireless?
  • Download/upload speeds of Internet?
  • Do you have a budget?

It could be done but I would not recommend it.
If any one thing happens to cause either Internet link to go "down", you have no video recordings from the cams at the remote site.
I would put the NVR with the cams at the farm, set up a VPN (not the paid service but on your house router and your farm router) and access the NVR and cams in that manner.
