IP Camera Viewer Software Issue

Not entirely sure if this is proper sub to post this in but I've run into a problem with a newer version of the icsee IP camera's I've enjoyed using the last few years.
I've had 4 going older ones and they were working perfectly on IP Camera Viewer 4 or the latest version. I could click on the camera and even track the camera right to left or up and down worked perfectly.
One of them was having issues so I ordered a newer version. Now I can use the VMS lite software that came from the company and get the feeds to work but I can't track them like IP Camera Viewer allows me and I'd rather stick to that.

Issue I'm running into is that the search of the cams find the new one just fine internal router IP noted ONVIF and proper port 8899 just like the others but the sample video doesn't work just says failed.
I've not doing anything differently, firmware updated for that camera but for some reason IP camera viewer does not allow me to use it with this or in fact any other lower end model. I tried one I had new in box earlier and same issue. Now I'm ok with using an alternate software to view all 4-5 cameras or more that I have up so long as I can remotely move them vs having to use my phone app since I have IP Camera Viewer on my desktop computer when I'm sitting around.

Any suggestions pls? I know this site is high on Blue Iris 5 but I couldn't find any data to show that it would also allow me to remotely move the cameras or I may consider tapping into that software and just upgrading the rest of the cameras with the new one.
Just FYI this is the camera I'm trying to use.
Has the dual camera system which is another problem.. even their VMS Lite software won't allow me to just put one feed of one of those cameras into a box to view alone...seems to be split screen which I'm not fond of. I figured they be on diff channels and the software give me option to choose but not sure yet.
ATtaching screenshot of what I'm seeing.
Thanks for any suggestions.

This tidbit from Amazon, courtesy of "iamaustin" in May of 2024, who states here that ONVIF must be enabled in the camera's webGUI:

".......it is a great camera with ONVIF support, integrates into Motioneye and Home Assistant, has ethernet as a bonus, and most importantly has a built in web interface (which can only be accessed using Internet Explorer or Internet Explorer Mode in Edge).
If you connect the camera via an ethernet cable, and find its Ip address you can navigate to the website on port 80 -- then put Edge in internet explorer mode (if not using IE) and youll be prompted to download and install an ActiveX plugin which provides access to the live feed and camera settings. Do that, restart your browser and hit the IP again. This time your browser will have a similar popup at the bottom which prompts you to allow the plugin you just installed, which you should do.
Once you've done all that, login (my default credentials were username: admin with no password) and after it loads in a few seconds, you can go to Device Config at the top, go to the third icon (Settings) and then click on "NetService" (do not click on NET -- this is only for configuring the IP) -- in there you'll see Wifi where you can configure Wifi.
To enable ONVIF, click on the Device config, go again to the settings tab and click on Net -- here at the bottom will be your ONVIF port and it will be enabled if you tick the "onvif check" checkbox."

Thanks for the information - that does give a nice layout on settings.
I followed directions it still shows FAILED in the viewer box on the settings however.
The camera did prompt for a username/password when I did enable that though but once even entering that it still fails.
Something is preventing IP Camera Viewer from accessing it.
Onvif check box is enabled correct port etc.

The bright side is that VMS Lite shows the video, and so does this web viewer thru EDGE which does allow me to do a lot with the motion and so on but only for one camera not multiple as IP Camera Viewer gives me.

I'm attaching screenshots
Thanks for assisting
