Looking to purchase an ip outdoor pan-able security camera. Was looking at the Foscam SD2, are there better options in this price range? Need email push alarms and option to record locally even to just camera SD card. I am sure all have cloud service but don't want to be forced into this unless reasonably priced. Thanks.
