I had an IP Villa VTO that I set up through the the "ONE KEY" process on the VTH touchpad and it was calling and working fine... until one day it just bricked. So I had to buy a second IP Villa VTO, this time a Second Gen version. I plugged it in to the Ethernet as before and hooked up the VTH on the same switch to start the configuration process.
Through the One Key set up I was able to change the IP Address on the VTO and access it to see the camera on my browser and NVO. But when I get to the part where the SIP Calling is configured in the One Key, I keep getting an "Environment Error" message and of course calling never works.
Can anyone help? I've been trying to get this calling to work on the new VTO for weeks now
