folks - i can't find a reset button on the back of this camera. Any body know how to do a factory reset?

Should be a reset button to the bottom left of the RJ45/ethernet jack on the back. Per the manual you hold it down 10 seconds to reset. It doesn't specify if that is a factory reset or just a reboot. Only area I could find for a factory reset was through the web GUI.
