I'd avoid the ASH41 and any other camera that Amcrest terms "Smart Home" (ASH prefix means "Amcrest Smart Home") if you want access to camera's embedded webGUI and RTSP stream output.....the ASH cameras do NOT have an embedded webGUI that allows camera configuratin, you must use a smartphone app and even that is limited.
FWIW, the IP2M-841 is 2MP on a 1/2.7" sensor so it should have better reduced lighting performance than the 4MP IP4M-1041.
