Any idea how to get the ipc-c22e-imou firmware "2.622.0000000.5.R,build:2018-06-08E" i have interrupted upgrade and now am stuck on a solid red , i need to flush using sd but need the .bin file tried to contact customer service no reply any suggestion would greatly be appreciated.
